Terms & Conditions

These conditions form part of every sale of product or service provided by Heimr Studio. By accepting provision of any product or service, you acknowledge it is subject to these conditions. Payment means cleared funds at Heimr Studio's designated bank account, cash or credit card (subject to additional charges).

For 3D Perspectives and Photomontages, a 50% deposit is required before commencement. For Animation, a further 25% is required at the texturing/lighting/landscaping stage, prior to coloured stills being released. The balance is due before delivery. If the project is delayed by you beyond 7 working days, Heimr Studio reserves the right to invoice work completed to date and request final payment.

Ownership of any product or service supplied does not pass to you until full payment has been received.

Heimr Studio reserves the right to halt, suspend or cease supply of any product or service if payment is not made when due. We will not be responsible for any loss incurred as a result.

Heimr Studio reserves the right to utilise pro-rata invoicing, billing for each campaign element separately should components be required prior to completion of the overall project.

This quotation becomes a Contract of Sale upon payment of the deposit invoice. By making payment, you confirm you are authorised to act on behalf of the named company, and that all payments are the responsibility of that entity.

We will make all reasonable efforts to deliver on the advised date, but accept no liability if delivery is not made on that date.

Unless otherwise specified, standard delivery times are: 6–8 business days for Perspectives and Photomontages; 3–4 weeks for Animations — provided all relevant information is supplied without delay. Required information includes: full DWG drawings (elevations, plans, survey, colour/material schedule, landscaping, interior selections, joinery, RCPs, fittings and finishes), selected camera angles, and for animations, a storyboard or camera pathway. Express projects require client feedback within 2 hours of each submission. Final deliverables are provided as JPEG (images) and MOV (animations) unless otherwise requested.

Public holidays at our production studio may impact project timing.

Products are supplied in a staged process. Your confirmation is required before each stage proceeds. Design changes or variations to the initial brief may incur additional costs. All feedback from multiple parties must be collated and communicated by you as the purchaser. Final direction is taken from you unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any third party included in correspondence by the engaging party will be deemed authorised to provide editing and finalisation comments, unless you inform us otherwise in writing.

Images are rendered to 4000 pixels wide as standard. If a specific size is required, please advise before proceeding with the proposal and it will be quoted accordingly.

The release of 3D digital model files or Photoshop source files is not included in the quoted price. Heimr Studio reserves the right to refuse release of these files at its discretion, even if requested.

Copyright of photographic images, unless permitted in writing, is limited to use within the products and services provided by Heimr Studio.

Original works created in the course of delivering our services — including images, designs and animations — are copyright works produced by Heimr Studio, its associated companies, or licensed third parties, in accordance with the Australian Copyright Act 1968.

Although every reasonable measure is taken to ensure accuracy, Heimr Studio is not legally liable for the accuracy of images, models or animations produced.

Our liability for breach of contract, negligence or otherwise is limited to the replacement value of the product or service. We are not liable for consequential loss or damages however arising.

In the event of dispute, the proper law governing our relationship is that of the state of Victoria, Australia.

We are not liable for infringement or unauthorised use of any intellectual property provided by you. You agree to indemnify us against all claims arising in connection with any breach of this warranty. If any such dispute arises, we may terminate arrangements without liability.

Heimr Studio Pty Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

We may collect personal information including your name, company, contact details, billing information, project details and website usage data when you contact us, engage our services, or interact with our website. This information is used solely to deliver our services, manage client relationships, process payments and meet legal obligations.

We may disclose personal information to trusted third-party service providers — including contractors, payment processors and IT providers — who are required to handle information securely. Reasonable steps are taken to protect personal information from misuse, loss or unauthorised access.
